Awaken

Now is the moment to allow yourself to be that which you are.

Another aspect of this moment is to notice what is happening within. Simply noticing what happens is enough to begin the process of allowing that which you are to surface.

Noticing? You may not see what this has to do with anything. How can noticing what is going on inside of me make any difference to me at all?

It can. Be the observer of what is happening inside-that's all-just observe.

What happens when you stop and just notice what's happening inside of yourself? Do this throughout the day-stop and notice what's happening inside.

The mind may stop for those brief moments that you are able to bring full attention to body sensations.

Notice what is there and keep your attention on it-by holding your attention on the various objects that arise in your conscious awareness, you allow them to be. You are giving those object your full acceptance.

What does this mean for you? It is the beginning of knowing who you are and accepting who or what you are. Simple? Try it and see.

Be aware of what is happening inside and allow it to be. Give up fighting what is going on inside-simply see that you're fighting and allow that to be as well.

Surrender everything that arises in your awareness. Allow memories to flow through you. With an attitude of indifference let the next thought, sensation or emotion have its brief moment of existence and watch it as it fades away.

phrNotice everything that arises in your awareness. See your thoughts and surrender them by giving them no importance whatsoever. Do not try not to think, as this takes energy and is not surrender. Notice the thoughts and give them no importance.

Surrender of thoughts and mind activity comes when we give little or no importance to these processes as they arise. Eventually, the ego mind will give up.

Continue to notice and allow whatever enters awareness. It can be an overall sense of the body that is now in awareness-let it be, keep a focused attention on this sense of the body and allow it to be.

Knowing this sensation of the entire body, being aware of it, observing it, is the process of disidentifying from the sensation and from the body. Creating this kind of space will be useful to you in the process of spiritual awakening.

Surrender everything today. Whatever comes into awareness, notice it and allow it to move right through. No judgement, no labels, just awareness of that which is manifesting at this moment.

Actually though your post is short I still do believe that it is a very good piece of advice. I have become a great fan of "The Secret" and Dr. Wayne Dyer and our thoughts are causing us constant struggle - and I include myself in this as well. Your post made me think about what I was thinking about today and I continually strive to keep those negative thoughts out of my mind. In the words of Dr. Wayne Dyer - "I want to feel good!"
